Spinning
Our Sister company SRG Apparels Ltd has 21120 spindles with a production capacity of 13500 kg's of yarn per day. With its most sophisticated and robust machinery it produces combed, grey melange, carded and compact yarn meant for self consumption.
Knitting
The Knitting is located inside the spinning premises. Facilitated with Mayer and Cie, Terrot and Pai lung machines, we have a capacity to knit 50,000 kgs per day.
Processing
The SRG Processing Division, started in 2017, located at Tirupur is equipped with state of art fabric dyeing, yarn dyeing and rotary printing machinery spread across an area of 1 lakh sq feet. The factory duly meets all pollution control norms laid down by the Pollution Control Board. The facility boasts of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, that represents the ultimate cutting-edge treatment system that eliminates wastewater discharge and maximizes water recovery. Apparently the unit recovers and reuses 95% of water. The laboratory houses some of the best equipments.
Export Unit
The Export unit has a capacity to manufacture over 1,00,000 garments every month. This facility houses everything from Cutting to Checking, Ironing and Packing. Our Kovilvazhi Unit is equipped with 100 sewing machines spread across a area of 16,000 sqft.
Printing and Embroidery
We are equipped with MHM- Machine in 14 colours, 10 colours and 200 ft table printing machine.
For Embroidery, we have Baruden – 4 Machines and Tasima – 2 Machines.
